Dutchman's Stroopwafels, Johan & Koreen van Ravenhorst (Sacramento, California)

Meet Johan van Ravenhorst who sells authentic Dutchman's Stroopwafels which is a national cookie in the Netherlands and is as common as a chocolate chip cookie in the U.S. 
You will find him at Cesar Chavez Park on Tuesday morning's till 1:00 p.m.  during the summer months and he also does deliveries within one mile of Sacramento's State Capital, With an additional  fee of $2 per mile beyond one mile and If you do run into him while you're out and about he'll be more than glad to give you a sample.
